Project Type: Public EV Charging Infrastructure

Application: Multi-gun DC fast charging station for commercial parking facility

Requirement: OCPP 1.6 backend integration, CE certified equipment

Solution & Equipment Supplied

To meet the demands of high-throughput public charging with robust cloud-based billing and management, we deployed a fully integrated DC fast charging solution:

  • 160kW/400kW Integrated DC Dual-Gun Charging Pile × 4 units: High-power fast-charging piles with dual CCS/GB/T connectors and dynamic power sharing to support simultaneous multi-vehicle charging.
  • Apex 6620 OCPP Protocol Conversion Board: Advanced controller enabling native OCPP 1.6 compatibility, ensuring secure communication with the central management backend.

Project Result

The charging station is fully operational, supporting high-speed simultaneous charging for up to 8 electric vehicles. Seamless OCPP backend integration allows remote monitoring, real-time diagnostics, and automated billing management.
