Project Overview

Project Type: Distribution Transformer Energy Upgrade

Application: Replacement of aging conventional transformer with high-efficiency amorphous alloy unit

Requirement: IEC 60076 compliant, Grade 1 energy efficiency, type-test documentation

Solution & Equipment Supplied

We engineered and delivered an ultra-efficient transformer upgrade to dramatically reduce no-load energy waste while maintaining compliance with strict international grid standards:

  • SBH25 Amorphous Alloy Tridimensional Toroidal Core Oil-Immersed Transformer (315kVA): Designed with a cutting-edge amorphous alloy core and three-dimensional symmetrical wound structure, achieving up to 70% lower no-load losses compared to traditional silicon steel transformers.
  • Technical Compliance: Delivered with a comprehensive Type-Test documentation package demonstrating full compliance with IEC 60076 power transformer standards and Grade 1 energy efficiency requirements.

Project Result

The system upgrade has achieved a substantial reduction in no-load energy consumption compared to the conventional transformer, significantly optimizing long-term operating costs and enhancing power system reliability.
